Every week, Wayne invests five days at Westville Correctional Facility, teaching across four different complexes. These 5 classes are part of a structured 15-month Builder of Men Educational Program, designed to help men grow spiritually, develop character, and build a strong foundation for returning to their families and communities.

The program includes five core classes:

1. Fundamentals of the Faith — understanding who God is and how to follow Him

2. Celebrate Recovery Inside — finding freedom from addictions and destructive habits

3. Kingdom Man — learning to lead as godly husbands, fathers, and men of integrity

4. Detours — discovering how God can use setbacks for His purpose

5. What on Earth Am I Here For? — embracing identity, purpose, and calling in Christ

Men earn a Certificate of Completion and a photo with Wayne after each course. Upon finishing all five classes, graduates receive a Certificate of Excellence, a commemorative photo, and a special pizza party celebration in their honor. Lives are being changed from the inside out — one man at a time.

Weekly Men’s Discipleship Group — Northwest Indiana
Wayne is launching the Builder of Men Brotherhood, a powerful extension of the ministry for men in the community who want accountability, biblical teaching, and brotherhood. This group will help men continue building what God has started — whether they are newly released, rebuilding their lives, or simply seeking spiritual growth.

Wayne’s heart is to encourage the body of Christ to invest in those who are often forgotten. Drawing from years of hands-on prison ministry, he speaks with authenticity, compassion, and a passion for restoration. He is currently available for:

• Youth groups and mentoring events

• Reentry support and addiction recovery ministries

• Training churches in prison ministry involvement
